“I saw the first notice for D & T Equipment & Trailer Repair literally last week. They provide service for anything with a motor, including Snowblowers and Lawnmowers. During the last storm, my snowblower became unusable. I decided to try them via e-mail and I literally heard back from them in minutes. Within 30 minutes TJ was in my driveway picking up my snowblower. Since he had a trailer, I asked him to take and fix my lawnmower too. I expected it would take weeks to get them both back, but I got them both back within 5 days. During that time, I talked to them 4 times and discussed the needed work. It was not only reasonable but was surprisingly fair. The best part, both Dana and TJ were courteous and helpful and a pleasure to work with. “I had to have some work done to it. I just happen to run across D & T. So glad I did! They are super friendly people and do a great job. The mower needed a belt replaced. They did it in a timely manner. When I got to the shop to pick it up, I saw a mower that looked like mine but it was super clean. I thought, "maybe that it is a brand new mower, since they do sell DR products". Nope, the mower was mine. He cleaned up and made it look new. That is not they way I brought it in. It was a grassy mess. That extra step says a lot about this company. When they found out that I was a teacher, they gave me a 10% discount. They do the same for military and I believe police/fire.
